The Art of Breath

The Art of Living Philippines, Inc. is sending a qualified teacher volunteer to conduct a special course on the “Healing Breath” (Sudarshan Kriya®) from June 2-7, 2008.



The course runs for a period of 6 days (3 hours each on the first 5 days and 7 hours on the last day). To give you an idea about Sudarshan Kriya (SK), please refer to the brief information below.


Independent research has shown that Sudarshan Kriya ® and its accompanying techniques significantly:

Ÿ             Reduce levels of stress (reduce cortisol – the “stress” hormone)

Ÿ             Strengthens the  immune system

Ÿ             Reduce cholesterol levels

Note: Attendance for all days is mandatory for the course.
