According to recent studies, eating tomatoes keeps you protected from wrinkles, sunburn, and even prostate and skin cancers. So, keep eating those bolognese and pizza. You need them this summer.

Weighty issues
Since January 2008, I am in a constant fixation with weight loss. Which means, frequent visits to the gym and lessening food intake. So far, I have minimize eating red meat. No fast food since Jan 2008 (goodbye Jollibee and McDo).
I lost 5lbs. Not substantial for some, but good enough for me. My pants became loose in an instant. I feel light; and my endurance has improve. In six months time, I have to see my health bulletin if I am normal in all the tests. Last year, I have low good cholesterol, and I have elevated level of fats in my liver. Which is the main reason why I hit the gym and watch my food intake.
My ideal weight should be 143 lbs. I am 148lbs right now. I’m getting there. With much help from semi-vegan diet, yoga and meditation, endurance training and cardio exercises, I can attain my ideal weight in three to four months.
Wish me luck.
Diving Thoughts
For the past two days, I have been thinking of going scuba diving. I don’t know what triggered it. It must be caffeine overload from Gloria Jeans. Or too much separation anxiety for Boracay, which I cannot get enough of.
I have been searching for photos of Tubbataha in Flickr.com, especially for individuals who had been there. I am drooling in envy. Those barracudas, stingray, nemos, and vast clams are just a feast to my eyes.
Which I have to convince myself, that I have to enrol myself in a scuba diving lesson in the next two to three years. Be it in Boracay, or Batangas. Whatever it takes, as long as you want it. It will come.
The Hobbit Director, Announced
The director for The Hobbit movie adaptation was annouced. It is Guillermo del Toro, the director of HellBoy and Pan’s Labyrinth (one of my favorite movie). I’m excited to see the movie.
Incest
By this time, we are all aware of the ordeal by an Austrian girl from the hands of her father who kept her locked in their cellar in Austria for–get this–24 years. He even had six or seven children with his daughter.
I am not surprised if producers are rushing to get this story to be made into a film.
Newbie
I have been blogging on another portal before, but when it became open/public, I just have to transfer. Imagine logging in to your account and all you can see is the Spanish/Mexican version of the portal. And I don’t speak that language.
I hope that with this newfound portal, I will stick ’til I run out of ideas to blog. Which figuratively means, until I die.
